Талановиті учні та вчителі місцевої школи одразу залучили до виступу українських учнів, знявши невеличку частину українського народного танцю на фоні з українським прапором, з метою майбутнього показу під час шкільного свята.
Третій день розпочався семінаром про ненасильницьке спілкування та розмовні кола, де вчителі та учні отримали дуже цінні ідеї та рекомендації як впоратись з негативними, стресовими ситуаціями та емоціями. Учасники виступили у ролі учнів та за допомогою спеціальних прийомів пережили різні стресові моменти та почуття, якими пізніше ділилися та обговорювали, сидячи у колі.
Відвідування Будинку Європейської історії залишив незабутні враження, екскурсоводом музею була українка, яка 15 років живе в Бельгії, а її дочка – художниця передала українській делегації свої малюнки у знак солідарності з Україною.
Кульмінацією цього дня стало відвідування Европарламенту, спілкування з трьома депутатками в кімнаті для зустрічей, які радо прийняли символічні сувеніри з України.
The second day of the Ukrainian delegation`s visit to Flemish schools was very interesting and useful, as they hospitably opened their doors to exchange experiences in the field of education, upbringing, and priority values. It was unexpected to meet boys from Ukraine studying in Brussels who became our guides around the school. We visited several lessons and had a conversation with Belgian students and teachers who asked about Ukraine, studying during wartime, and talked about the peculiarities of the education system in Belgium. In turn, teachers and students from Ukraine presented Ukrainian souvenirs as souvenirs and established ties for further cooperation in various projects. During the visit to one of the schools, the students had the opportunity to observe the process of preparing the performance of Belgian students at the school show. Talented students and teachers of the local school immediately involved Ukrainian students in the performance, filming a small part of the Ukrainian folk dance against the background of the Ukrainian flag, with the aim of future showing during the school holiday.
The third day began with a seminar on non-violent communication and conversation circles, where teachers and students received very valuable ideas and recommendations on how to cope with negative, stressful situations and emotions. The participants acted as students and, using special techniques, experienced various stressful moments and feelings, which they later shared and discussed, sitting in a circle.
The visit to the House of European History left an unforgettable impression, the museum guide was a Ukrainian woman who has been living in Belgium for 15 years, and her daughter, an artist, gave the Ukrainian delegation her drawings as a sign of solidarity with Ukraine.
The culmination of the day was a visit to the European Parliament, talking with three deputies in the meeting room, who gladly accepted symbolic souvenirs from Ukraine.
